JL Dance Payment Terms
- Class Pricing
- 30minute Class = £14.90/month
- 45minute Class = £17.75/month
- 60minute Class = £23.75/month
- 5% Discount when taking 4 or more classes
- Monthly Invoicing:
- Classes run for 38 weeks a year, and the cost of those weeks is divided into 12 monthly payments.
- You pay the same amount every month, spreading the cost and avoiding irregular bills.
- Payment Schedule:
- Invoices are sent a month in advance. Payments are due on the 14th of the month prior.
- Mid-term Joiners/Leavers:
- Joining or leaving a class mid-term? No problem. We’ll adjust your payments accordingly.
- Closures already factored in:
- The annual fee accounts for all operating days, including holidays and planned closures.
- You aren’t paying for day’s we’re closed, you’re spreading the cost of the days we are open.
- Automatic and Pro-rated Payments:
- We require automatic payments after your trial period.
- If you join mid-month, your first month’s payment will be adjusted for any missed classes.
- Round up of different products and services:
- Class fees, invoiced monthly, automatic payment, 14th of each month.
- Dance Exam fees, invoiced, automatic payment, due date will be set on a case-by-case basis.
- Dance Competitions: Solos, Duets etc, cash required with entry form.
- Dance Competitions: Groups, invoiced, automatic payment, 2 weeks prior to event start date.
- Workshops, Private Lessons and Room Hire, paid online at time of booking.
- Show Costumes, communicated by email, paid BACS or Cash.
- BACS Details, are on invoices and parent portal.
- Annual Enrolment Fee:
- An annual fee of £24.00 is charged. This is pro-rated if you join part-way through the year. (Renews September-August)
- Late Payments and Booking Restrictions:
- A £15.00 late fee applies to invoices more than 10 days overdue.
- If you have an overdue invoice, you will be unable to book extras like Competitions, Private Lessons, Workshops, etc until the balance is settled.
- Upon reaching 14 days late on any invoice payment, students will be refused admission to class until payment is settled.
- Extra Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Private Lessons: Full payment is required at time of booking.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a private lesson are non-refundable.
- Room Hire: Full payment is required at time of booking.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before room hire are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not automatic, please contact us if a refund is required.
- Dance Competition Fees:
- Fees for any Solos, Duets, Trios or Quartets must be paid with the submission of an entry form, either in cash, or same-day BACS transfer.
- Payment for Troupe/Group performances will be charged by invoice and automatic billing.
- Showing without Booking:
- Rehearsals or workshops may be hosted on our booking system, if you attend any additional session which you have not booked and paid for, this will be charged manually.
- Them’s the rules, no signature required:
- Our payment terms are included in all invoice emails, reminder emails, automated responses, and are available in the JL Dance Terms and Conditions through the Class Manager parent portal. By making a payment, you agree to these terms. Choosing not to read these terms does not exempt you from them.
